This week brought a very exciting moment for St Joseph’s as we welcomed the Bishop Hogarth Trust Media & Marketing team into school as part of the Media Correspondent initiative — and what a brilliant morning it was!

Our newly appointed student media correspondents proudly received their badges before spending time learning from the Trust’s team. They explored what it means to be a reporter, how to capture great stories, and the importance of sharing the wonderful things happening across our school community.

There was even a chance for them to get hands‑on straight away, helping to film a special clip for a Trust‑wide Fratelli Tutti video. The children approached the task with enthusiasm, confidence, and plenty of creativity — a fantastic start to their new roles.

We are so excited to see the stories, photos, and updates they’ll help bring to life over the coming weeks.
