Today, St. Joseph’s Catholic Primary School was full of excitement as we celebrated NSPCC’s Number Day — and our staff and pupils certainly embraced the fun!

From creative digit‑themed outfits to clothing decorated with all things mathematical, everyone joined in to support this fantastic cause. The corridors were filled with numbers, patterns, puzzles and plenty of smiles as pupils enjoyed seeing their teachers dress up for the occasion.

A special shout‑out goes to Mrs Willis, who arrived dressed as a Times Table Rock Star! With her glitter, energy, and maths‑themed flair, she brought extra sparkle and “maths magic” to the day, inspiring children across the school.

Year 3/4 had a fantastic time celebrating NSPCC Number Day by dressing up as rockstars, with some children even designing their own number‑themed T‑shirts. Throughout the day, they explored a variety of engaging maths activities, including:

  • Maths games
  • Problem‑solving puzzles
  • Number challenges
  • Online quizzes

The children worked cooperatively, took turns, and supported each other brilliantly. Well done, Year 3/4 — you really rocked!

Thank you to all staff and pupils for making Number Day such a joyful celebration of creativity, maths confidence, and school spirit. If you’d like, I can create an SEO‑enhanced version or a social media caption too!
